Аннотация
Данная статья представляет описание нескольких главных составляющих городской среды Красно-
ярска, а именно современного состояния архитектурного облика города, парков, мест отдыха горожан;
особенностей функционирования городского транспорта; уровню и развитию общественной безопасно-
сти. Кроме того, в статье дана оценка доступности разных компонентов городского пространства для жи-
телей, а также их вовлеченности и степени участия в процессах управления городом.
В качестве методологической базы для проведения исследования были выбраны современные под-
ходы изучения городской среды, в которых основное внимание уделяется взаимодействию горожан и об-
щественных организаций с представителями администрации и бизнес-структур, определяющих политику
управления городом. Актуальность такого подхода к проблеме изучения городской среды подтверждается
значительным количеством источников, представляющих современные исследования города как в зару-
бежных, так и российских ученых.
В результате исследования сделан ряд выводов, определяющих специфику управления городской
средой Красноярска, ключевые особенности архитектурного облика города, фиксируются позитивные
векторы развития в сфере обеспечения безопасности горожан, обеспечения доступности пространства
в том числе и за счет развития транспортной инфраструктуры. Но также без внимания не остаются наи-
более острые проблемы, в особенности те, которые так или иначе связаны с экологической обстановкой
в городе.

Abstract
The article presents the description of some main components of Krasnoyarsk urban environment specifically
modern state of city’s architecture, parks and recreations for citizens, the specific of urban transport functioning,
the level of development of public safety.
The methodology of the research is based on contemporary approaches to urban environment study. Its
involve the attention to the interaction between citizens, public organizations, city administration and business
companies which influence on city management. The relevance of this approach to the problem of urban
environment study is confirmed by numerous science publications in the world.
Finally some conclusions are made. The description of Krasnoyarsk city management is presented, some key
features of Krasnoyarsk architecture are listed, some positive tendencies of the development of public safety are
outlined and the increase of the accessibility to public spaces through improved urban transportation system is
marked. There are environmental issues underlined as main urban problem of Krasnoyarsk.
